ADCO Law is looking for a competent Business Development Manager to find business opportunities and manage client relationships.


  • Create detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals.
  • Identify feasible client prospects from various sources including directories, contact lists, databases, leads, internet resources, and personal networks.
  • Explore networking opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.
  • Remain in regular contact with existing clients through telephone and email to understand and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and research team to expand idea for branding and awareness building.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experienced in consulting firm will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude.
