Dina Aditania

Dina received her bachelor’s degree in business law from Binus University in 2022, where she actively joined commercial arbitration moot courts. Prior to joining ADCO Law, Dina was an intern at a law firm in Jakarta, where she successfully carried out one of the legal due diligence projects of a state-owned enterprise. She is a committed and highly motivated lawyer who learns a lot from various challenges. At ADCO Law, Dina assists senior lawyers and partners in drafting banking and finance documentation, including syndicated loan agreements and LDDs.

  • Assisting senior lawyers and partners in representing a syndication of a conventional bank for oil companies.
  • Assisting senior lawyers and partners in representing a syndication of a conventional bank for an oil palm plantation project.
  • Assisting and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for nickel companies.
  • Assisting and contributing to extensive research and the creation of legal memorandums and legal opinions for clients.
