ADCO Law Hires Alexandra Gerungan to Lead the Litigation Team

ADCO Law has welcomed Alexandra Gerungan as a Partner to lead the Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group, effective on Monday, October 31, 2022. Alex, as she is better known, was previously a Partner at a prominent Indonesian law firm where she was engaged in a wide range of dispute resolution cases. Alex will lead and further strengthen the practice group with her extensive experience of more than two decades in this practice area. 

Alex has represented prominent clients in various cases in litigation and dispute resolution. Alex is also highly recognized for her extensive knowledge of civil lawsuits, arbitration, employment, debt recovery and restructuring, insurance claims, police and anti-corruption investigations, compliance and internal investigations, and a variety of general corporate and commercial issues. 

Drawing on her experience, she is also capable of advising clients on transaction structures, agreements, and general business practices with a view to preventing the emergence of future disputes or issues.

Alex earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia and her master’s degree from Leiden University in European and International Business Law. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIARB).
