Jakarta, Indonesia — On November 8th, 2023, ADCO Law organized an ADCOCare session on Financing Alternatives for BUMD Assignment Projects from a Legal Perspective. This interactive session was held at PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) and conducted under the expert guidance of Aditya Kesha Wijayanto, our esteemed Senior Partner.
The session, which was attended by the internal team of PT Jakarta Propertindo, aimed at discussing Financing Alternatives for BUMD Assignment Projects from a legal perspective, as well as the implementation and challenges in Indonesia.
During the session, Kesha discussed the legal risks and obstacles associated with financing alternatives and provided examples of successful infrastructure projects funded through these options. The discussion also covered restrictions and limitations on regional government authority, including the G2G scheme in accordance with laws and regulations.
