Muhammad Rayhan is a corporate lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) law. At ADCO Law, he advises both state-owned and private enterprises on acquisition transactions, licensing, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.

During his years of practice, Rayhan has been involved in numerous deals and transactions including:
- Conducted legal due diligence and drafted legal opinions for state-owned enterprise-led acquisition projects.
- Drafted and registered licensing agreements with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) to ensure import and distribution compliance.
- Supported a telecommunications business transition by preparing novation agreements and reviewing vendor contracts.
- Reviewed and prepared merchant cooperation agreements and compliance documentation for fintech operations.
- Provided legal support for infrastructure bidding processes in an international airport project.
- Assisted with the preparation of legal documentation and compliance reports for Bank Indonesia.
- Drafted legal memoranda and internal research papers on initial public offerings (IPOs), contract law, and digital banking.
