Assisted a leading coal mining contracting services company in a proposed acquisition of a CCoW company in East Kalimantan;
Advised a general trading company (exports of heavy industrial products) in general corporate matters and investment schemes in the Indonesian coal business;
Represented a smelter company in Indonesia in the termination of hundreds of its employees due to the partial closing down of the company;
