- Provided legal advisory services to a non-profit organization focused on housing, specifically related to the relocation of an employee within the Asia Pacific region. This included navigating employment laws and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist and advise to employees and officers (Indonesian and expatriates) of major and leading multinational firms/manufacturers on anti-corruption investigations conducted by the offices of Provincial Attorney, Attorney General, or the Anti-Corruption Commission.
- Provide advice and assistance to multinational companies on compliance-related issues from identifying breach of company regulations/business code of conduct and conducting internal investigation/fact-finding exercise to taking disciplinary action and termination of employment.
- Advise and assist an Indonesian subsidiary of US-based well-known agricultural producer in conducting internal investigations over suspected compliance issues involving unauthorized payments made to certain institutions and vendors.termination of employment.
- Assist and represent a multinational distributor company in the termination of employment of a director and employees due to serious misconduct and alleged criminal offenses, and in drafting/reviewing employment contracts, company regulations and advise on various manpower-related issues.
- Advised and assisted one of the European government organizations in Indonesia on internal employment issues.
- Advised a Thailand-based company in Bangkok on internal employment matters concerning Indonesian employees.
- Advised and assisted a Singapore-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, which uses artificial intelligence, on employment matters related to its representative office in Indonesia.
- Advise on, prepare, review/comment on, negotiate commercial contracts such as settlement agreements, mutual termination (of employment) agreements, employment contracts, distribution/supply contracts, loan agreements.
- Represented a smelter company in Indonesia in the termination of hundreds of its employees due to the partial closing down of the company;
