We are looking for a skilled individual to support our Business Development and Marketing team with data-driven optimization efforts to facilitate effective marketing operations as well as marketing research, planning, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable University in Indonesia or overseas.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience as a dispute resolution lawyer, preferably in a reputable law firm.
  • Strong legal analytical capability with a highly technical, detail-oriented approach, particularly in complex and strategic dispute matters.
  • Proven experience in handling complex and high-value dispute resolution matters, including litigation and/or arbitration, with a demonstrated ability to deliver favorable outcomes, including cross-border disputes involving foreign parties or elements of foreign law.
  • Experience in specific industries such as mining, construction, infrastructure, energy, or other regulated sectors will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in shipping or maritime disputes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of matters, manage cases independently under partner supervision, and exercise sound judgment in strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership capability, including the ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and supervise junior lawyers.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines efficiently.
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus.
