Assisted a respected Malaysian investment holding company through its subsidiary in Singapore in order to acquire and develop mini-hydro power plant projects in Indonesia, specifically for the 9 MW power plant in West Sumatera and 12 MW power plant in West Java;
Assisted a Chinese group of companies in acquiring manganese and iron ores mining companies in Aceh;
Assisted Indonesia’s biggest mining services company in acquiring nickel mining companies located in North Konawe and Halmahera;
Assisted one of the largest Chinese-listed advanced energy material producers in acquiring nickel mining companies in Morowali;
Assisted Indonesia’s biggest mining services company in its green energy projects, which consist of exploring the development of carbon economic value, as well as acquiring companies conducting business in carbon offsetting;
Assisted a private equity company based in Singapore with funds sourced from the Middle East Asia in coal and nickel trading activity in Kalimantan and Sumatra;
