We are looking for a skilled individual to support our Business Development and Marketing team with data-driven optimization efforts to facilitate effective marketing operations as well as marketing research, planning, and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation.
     
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Accounting & Tax.
     
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
     
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting & taxation (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, Coretax) principles.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and used to work with Excel formulas.
     
  • Brevet A & B certification is a strong advantage.
     
  • Detail oriented, accurate, and organized.
     
  • Able to work under tight monthly and annual deadlines.
     
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
     
  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team.

Requirements

  • Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries accurately and on time.
     
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
     
  • Perform monthly and annual closing activities
     
  • Coordinate with external auditor during audit processes.
     
  • Prepare and calculate monthly tax obligations: Withholding Tax (PPh 21, 23, 26, 4(2)).
     
  • Prepare tax invoices, reconcile PPN (input/output), and file monthly VAT.
     
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings through e-Faktur, e-Billing, e-SPT, and DJP Online.
     
  • Review and validate e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax inputs, and tax reconciliation reports.
     
  • Ensure compliance with the latest tax regulations and updates.
     
  • Prepare the company’s Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
     
  • Manage issuance and distribution of tax withholding slips.
  • Maintain organized and easily retrievable financial and tax documentation.
