Marinza brings a wealth of legal expertise honed over her career, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. 

Her expertise spans over project structuring, contract negotiation, and legal advisory for conventional and renewable power developments, LNG regasification, refinery projects, and strategic infrastructure initiatives. Marinza’s depth of experience includes her most recent role as VP Corporate Action & Project Transaction of Indonesia’s mining industry holding company, where she provided legal oversight on pivotal national projects, including cross-border joint ventures and downstream industrial operations. 

Her appointment marks a strategic move of ADCO Law to deepen its capabilities in serving clients navigating complex transactions and regulatory environments in Indonesia’s evolving energy and infrastructure landscape.
