Adimas Wicaksono

Adimas Wicaksono is a young, energetic lawyer with over eight years of experience. He has been involved in handling projects in various industrial sectors, including the oil and gas, environment, and new and renewable energy sectors. He also has a series of experiences in many projects related to Public Private Partnerships (Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha/KPBU).

Prior to his current position at ADCO Law, he contributed as a Senior Contract Specialist in one of the world’s largest Oil & Gas Companies listed on the Global Fortune 500, where he had significant experience in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) value chain from production planning, LNG cargo to LNG contract negotiations & LNG implementation, as well as dredging project development, procurement, and construction.

Practice Description

During his years of practice, Adimas has been involved in numerous deals and transactions including:

Legal assistance in relation to Public-Private Partnership/PPP (Proyek Kerjasama Pemerintah – KPBU) in energy projects;
Assisted one of the leading JIIPE Industrial Estate Developers in Gresik in various sectors, including foreign investment, construction, power, supply water, gas, waste and renewable energy;
Assisted the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in drafting the Pre-Transaction Agreement for the electricity from geothermal power plants.;
Assisted a company, which engages in acquiring, mining, and producing mineral resources, focusing on sea sand, in the negotiation of Material Dredging and Pumping Work Services with a Korean Company;
Assisted a company, which engages in acquiring, mining, and producing mineral resources, focusing on sea sand, in the negotiation of Jetty Dredging Work services with a Belgian Company;
Assisted a company, which engages in agro-industrial waste management using renewable technology, in the negotiation of the Equipment Supply Agreement for Biogas Infrastructure;
Assisted a company, which engages in agro-industrial waste management using renewable technology, in the negotiation of the Construction Agreement for Biogas Infrastructure;
Assisted a leading coal mining contracting services company in the negotiation of Engineering Procurement & Construction with a Chinese and local EPC Company.
Joined as one of Pertamina's team members in LNG contract negotiation & LNG contract implementation for the LNG Seller of Government’s share;
Joined as one of Pertamina's team members in upstream gas & commercialization for the LNG Seller of Government’s share.
