- Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in completing legal due diligence for the acquisition of four Indonesian companies engaged in nickel mining and special terminal operations.
- Assisted a Chinese firm in finalizing legal due diligence for the acquisition of two Indonesian companies engaged in nickel processing and public port activities.
- Assisted a pioneering healthy ice cream producer in Indonesia through negotiations and prepared shareholder agreements and related transaction documents for capital injection.
- Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in the legal due diligence of nine Indonesian companies engaged in nickel mining and processing, subsidiaries of a public holding company operating in nickel mining and industrial zones.
- Facilitated a leading coal mining contractor services company in completing legal due diligence for acquiring a prospective Forest Utilization Business License (PBPH) holder, including drafting a legal memorandum on carbon offsets in Indonesia and shares transfer transaction documents.
- Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in the legal due diligence for acquiring an Indonesian gold mining company.
- Prepared a legal memorandum and providing compliance advice to a foreign Thai oil company regarding operating a warehouse storage service business for solvents and chemicals under Indonesian law.
- Assisted a Chinese entity in completing legal due diligence for the USD 2.7 billion acquisition of six Indonesian nickel mining companies.
- Drafted numerous legal memoranda and opinions for both Indonesian and foreign entities on various legal matters and issues.
