Assisted a pioneering healthy ice cream producer in Indonesia through negotiations and prepared shareholder agreements and related transaction documents for capital injection.
Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in the legal due diligence of nine Indonesian companies engaged in nickel mining and processing, subsidiaries of a public holding company operating in nickel mining and industrial zones.
