Practice Description
During her years of practice, Adinda has been involved in numerous deals and transactions:
- Assisting in the acquisition transaction of a subsidiary company that engages business in coal mining and trading through tender mechanism;
- Assisting in the acquisition transaction of an Indonesian public holding company including its subsidiaries and one affiliated company that engages business in coal mining and trading (discrete valuation);Assisting in the acquisition transaction of an Indonesian public holding company including its subsidiaries and one affiliated company that engages business in coal mining and trading (discrete valuation);
- Assisted in the acquisition of an Indonesian public company that engages business in manufactures of tile clay/ceramic valued at around USD 9.7 billion;
- Assisted in the acquisition transaction of an Indonesian nickel ore company valued at USD 2 billion;
- Assisted the subsidiary of a state-owned company in conducting joint development cooperation for public housing and real estate projects;
- Assisted an asset deals takeover of a state-owned company in Indonesia concerning the increase of capital funds for the IPO process;
- Assisted financial credit and security transactions totaling 9 billion Indonesian rupiah;
- Assisted and prepared a legal memorandum on the establishment of various domestic investment companies, among other things, a company engaged business in the pawn industry and financial technology under the requirements of OJK;
- Prepared and submitted for general corporate licenses for domestic and foreign investment companies;
- Conducted follow-up actions on the execution of international arbitration awards in the Central Jakarta District Court of the Republic of Indonesia;
- Assisted senior lawyers in representing clients in a dispute regarding property law;
- Conducted legal research according to Indonesian prevailing laws and regulations relating to employment, foreign and domestic investment, banking and finance, merger and acquisition issues;
- Assisted legal due diligence of a company engaged in cargo transportation and logistics;
- Assisted partners and senior lawyers in reviewing an open-loop modelling agreement for leading online transportation in Indonesia; and others.
