  • Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in completing legal due diligence for the acquisition of four Indonesian companies engaged in nickel mining and special terminal operations.
  • Assisted a Chinese firm in finalizing legal due diligence for the acquisition of two Indonesian companies engaged in nickel processing and public port activities.
  • Assisted a pioneering healthy ice cream producer in Indonesia through negotiations and prepared shareholder agreements and related transaction documents for capital injection.
  • Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in the legal due diligence of nine Indonesian companies engaged in nickel mining and processing, subsidiaries of a public holding company operating in nickel mining and industrial zones.
  • Facilitated a leading coal mining contractor services company in completing legal due diligence for acquiring a prospective Forest Utilization Business License (PBPH) holder, including drafting a legal memorandum on carbon offsets in Indonesia and shares transfer transaction documents.
  • Assisted a leading coal mining contractor services company in the legal due diligence for acquiring an Indonesian gold mining company.
  • Prepared a legal memorandum and providing compliance advice to a foreign Thai oil company regarding operating a warehouse storage service business for solvents and chemicals under Indonesian law.
