Aditya Rizky Ramadhan
Aditya Rizky Ramadhan is corporate lawyer with hands-on experience in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and legal due diligence across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, trading, and crypto assets.
Before joining ADCO Law, Aditya played a pivotal role at one of the well-known firms, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including share purchase and subscription agreements, as well as shareholder agreements. His strategic contributions include leading high-level due diligence exercises and supporting cross-border transactions involving multinational clients.
Aditya also brings experience in employment matters, particularly facilitating the termination process of cooperation between a private entity and a state-owned enterprise.

Practice Description
During his years of practice, Aditya has been involved in numerous deals and transactions:
- Drafted and reviewed definitive agreements for acquisition transactions, including conditional share sale and purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, and shareholder agreements for various Indonesian private companies.
- Conduct high-level and comprehensive legal due diligence for clients operating in manufacturing, hospitality (bar and restaurant), and crypto asset trading sectors.
- Successfully managed the termination of a cooperation agreement, including employee layoffs, between a private company and a state-owned enterprise operating a gas station in South Tangerang.
- Assisted in the signing and closing phases of a cross-border share purchase transaction between a leading Indonesian plastic manufacturing company and a Danish limited liability company.
- Assisted in drafting a legal memorandum advising an international luxury brand on franchising strategies to support its market expansion into Indonesia.
- Reviewed and prepared supporting documents, including condition precedent fulfillment, for share purchase and subscription transactions.
- Assisted in preparing legal memorandums and obtaining court clearance letters during legal due diligence processes in a previous internship at another Jakarta-based law firm.
