Bella Imelda Handoyo

Bella obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Indonesia in 2017, with a keen interest in private law. Prior to joining ADCO Law, Bella served as a corporate lawyer at a renewable energy company, where she was responsible for reviewing corporate approval documents, transaction documents, and security documents. Her expertise extends to drafting various legal agreements and conducting legal research on compliance matters, bond issuance, and renewable energy projects. Currently, Bella assists senior lawyers and partners in drafting banking and finance documentation. She actively participates in representing funders, lenders, and borrowers throughout various financing transactions, ranging from project financing and corporate financing to acquisition financing.
