Danil Pratama

Danil Pratama is a wise young lawyer with more than seven years of experience. He has been involved in various industrial sectors, including oil and gas, financial services and insurance, new and renewable energy, environment, property, forestry and plantations, maritime and shipping, and others.

Prior to his current position at ADCO Law, he gained experience as an associate at other leading law firms and as a legal officer at one of the leading multinational companies. He also contributed as an investigator for competition law enforcement at the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU RI) also assisted in formulating competition policies for input to the Government in determining policies related to unfair business competition in Indonesia

Provided legal advice on the procurement process of goods and services in accordance with the regulations governing business competition.

Represented clients in the course of investigations and/or hearings at the Business Competition Supervisory Commission.

Involved in a team representing ESDM in a judicial review before the Republic of Indonesia's Constitutional Court;

Assisted clients in determining company policies related to employee disputes;
Represented clients in court proceedings before the Civil Court, the Criminal Court, the Commercial Court, and the Indonesia National Arbitration Agency (BANI);
