Practice Description
During his years of practice, Dendi has been involved in numerous deals and transactions including :
- Represented a company in the settlement of labor disputes and employee mass terminations for redundancy and closure due to social riots in Maluku;
- Represented a smelter company in Indonesia in the termination of hundreds of its employees due to the partial closing down of the company;
- Assisted one of the largest industrial estates in East Java in the negotiation of EPC for power plant construction with a Finland EPC company;
- Assisted a foreign investment company in the EPC negotiation of an integrated port for mining in East Kalimantan;
- Assisted a leading coal mining contracting services company in a proposed acquisition of a CCoW company in East Kalimantan;
- Assisted a natural gas trading company in its various legal matters;
- Represented a foreign investment company in conducting legal due diligence over a holding company with 6 IUP concessions in Central Kalimantan;
- Assisted a subsidiary of a Kuala Lumpur-based Malaysian public company involved in oil and gas, manufacturing engineering, property, aviation, defense, and rail construction, in acquiring interest in several aging wells in East Java;
- Assisted a company holding a coal concession in East Kalimantan in purchasing DMO quota and in dealing with a potential dispute matter with a local crane lease provider;
- Advised a general trading company (exports of heavy industrial products) in general corporate matters and investment schemes in the Indonesian coal business;
