- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in preparing a draft Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for the construction of supporting factories in several locations in Indonesia, worth 15,770,000 USD,- to a Palm Oil Processing Company.
- Assisted conventional banks and sharia banks in preparing a draft Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for the construction of water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants and ports, worth Rp5.650.000.000.000,- to a Pulp and Paper Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) in preparing a draft Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for the procurement, installation, and operation of hydropower plants in several locations in Indonesia to a Renewable Energy Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk., PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), and PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk. in preparing a Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for the procurement, installation, and operation of solar panel systems for partners in several locations in Indonesia, worth Rp1.400.000.000.000,- to Renewable Energy Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in preparing a draft Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for the expansion of refinery plant and fractionation plant construction projects in several locations in Indonesia, worth USD 82,625,000,- to a Refinery Plant Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa barat and Banten Tbk. in preparing the Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for the construction of the Jatiluhur 1 Regional SPAM project, worth Rp1.172.588.890.000,- based on the PPP Cooperation Agreement to a Water Supply Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and other banks/institutions invited by BMRI in preparing a Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of facilities for refinancing PLTU assets, worth USD231,500,000,- to a Renewable Energy Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and other banks/institutions invited by BMRI in preparing a Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of facilities for refinancing PLTU assets, worth USD231,500,000,- to a Renewable Energy Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk., PT Bank Permata Tbk., PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk. and PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. in preparing a Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with the provision of loan facilities for payment/refinancing of notes, worth Rp1.750.000.000.000,- to a Real Estate Company.
- Assisted a bank syndicate consisting of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk., PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Tbk. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk. and PT Bank Papua in preparing an Addendum to the Syndicated Loan Agreement in connection with changes to the withdrawal period and changes to interest rates on facilities for the construction of Toll Road Section 1 (Serpong-Legok) on the Serpong – Balaraja Toll Road, worth Rp3.280.000.000.000,- to a Toll Road Company.
- Conducted legal research and reviewed various security documents in connection with the loan facilities obtained by a Digital Health Company and a Healthcare Services Company from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as a lender.
- Prepared confirmation letter and legal opinion in order to fulfill the conditions precedent to the validity of the tranche B facility, and the conditions precedent to the second drawdown for a Toll Road Company in connection with loan facilities provided by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Utara.
