Raisya Tjahjaningtyas
Raisya Tjahjaningtyas is an experienced lawyer specializing in general corporate and commercial transactions and compliance. With diverse experience across sectors such as mining, energy (including renewables), forestry, maritime, and manufacturing, she brings a sharp analytical approach to complex legal matters.
Her work has involved end-to-end legal, due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance for high-value acquisitions and developments, particularly in Indonesia’s nickel, coal, and carbon trading industries, including Sulawesi and Papua. Raisya has advised on license agreements, internal restructuring, and mining development projects, contributing to major corporations’ strategic diversification and expansion efforts.
Raisya joined the first batch of the ADCO Law Youth Program and earned a promotion to associate through her strong capability and commitment. Raisya continues to expand her expertise in regulated industries.

Practice Description
During her years of practice, Raisya has been involved in numerous deals and transactions including:
- Assisted in conducting comprehensive legal due diligence and handling transaction documents for various acquisitions of coal, nickel, forestry, renewable energy, and carbon trading companies throughout Indonesia, specifically in the regions of Sulawesi and Papua.
- Assisted one of the largest mining companies in the acquisition of nickel companies as a diversification step;
- Assisted in Legal Due Diligence for one of the leading mining companies in Indonesia, a leading coal mining contracting services company;
- Represented one of the largest manufacturing companies in the license agreement;
- Assisted in the mining development agreement for TKI GMS;
- Assisted in the acquisition of smelter and industrial estate companies
- Assisted and contributed to drafting legal memorandums and legal opinions for clients in the mining, waste, forestry, carbon trading, and renewable energy sectors
- Assisted in the Internal acquisition of one of the fastest-growing mining coal companies;
- Represented one of the largest mining companies in Indonesia, one of the fastest growing mining coal companies for the internal restructuring;
- Handled the legal memo on Nickel Royalty Obligation for a leading coal mining contracting services company;
- Handled the legal memo on IUP Extension for mining a company focused on gold production and development; and others.
