Rizkyta Rahmanti Bekti is a seasoned lawyer with more than one decade in the legal sector. Prior to joining ADCO Law, Rizkyta worked at a prominent law firm, handling high-profile mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate restructuring projects, and significant commercial transactions.

She also brings valuable insight into business from her role as counsel at a Japanese company. Her strength lies in her ability to understand customer concerns and offer practical solutions, which makes her an invaluable resource for her clients.

Practice Description

During her years of practice, Rizkyta has been involved in numerous deals and transactions:

Lead the team dept to drafting/reviewing/revising the contract between company and counterpart.
Providing advice as necessary from legal point of view to Board of Directors or other department team.
Negotiate with the customer regarding the contract/agreement, etc.
Providing Legal advice, legal opinion on various legal corporate matters;
Providing legal advice and assist client to establish a foreign investment company or a representative office;
Assisting client in corporate acquisition with focus on trading, industry and general matters, including to conduct legal due diligence for the target company and drafting conditional sale and purchase of shares agreement, shareholders resolution, etc;
Assisting client on legal drafting, reviewing and revising on various corporate agreements;
Assisting or represented the client in tender process (geothermal project);
Assisting client to obtain the necessary license in various field such as trading, industry, construction, freight forwarding, etc
Advising potential investor on foreign direct investment structure
