Sergio Jivalino is a legal professional specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has a background in international business law, privacy, and cybersecurity. Leveraging diverse experience across corporate, capital markets, labor, and technology sectors, he supports complex transactions and regulatory compliance in emerging industries.
Drawing from internships and extensive due diligence work, Sergio has contributed to major acquisitions in the mining sectors by providing advice for clients through complex regulatory analysis and drafting diverse legal documents (i.e., transactional documents, legal opinion/memorandum, legal, due diligence). His practical knowledge extends to liaising with local government and authorities to ensure compliance matters.
Committed to mentorship and legal aid through the ADCO Law Youth Program, Sergio combines academic rigor with practical experience to navigate complex legal challenges as an associate at ADCO Law.

- Assisted a leading coal mining contracting services company in conducting Legal Due Diligence for the acquisition of mining and nickel ore processing facility companies in Sulawesi
- Assisted a leading coal mining contracting services company in conducting Legal Due Diligence for the acquisition of port companies in Sulawesi.
- Assisted a leading coal mining contracting services company in drafting and incorporating shares purchase agreements and novation agreements for port companies.
- Assisted and contributed to drafting legal memorandums and legal opinions for clients in general corporate, employment matters in the mining, forestry and port sectors.
- Conducted extensive court searches and agency verification of nickel, mining, forestry, and port companies throughout Indonesia.
- Assisted a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company in drafting a mutual agreement on the termination of employees.
- Assisted a Partner in drafting ADCO Care's presentation materials regarding Public Private Partnership (PPP) financing methods for a government-owned company of Jakarta Province engaged in property, infrastructure, utilities, and ICT.
