ADCO Law Assists the Dharmasraya Regency Government in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Cooperation Scheme

Jakarta, Indonesia, October 3, 2023 – ADCO Law has assisted the government of Dharmasraya Regency in the inauguration of an unsolicited project of Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) of street lighting, or APJ (Alat Penerangan Jalan). The legal support provided by ADCO Law ensures compliance with the relevant regulations and guidelines for the PPP of street lighting, which is the first unsolicited PPP in Indonesia.

The team of legal experts, comprising our Senior Partner, Dendi Adisuryo, Senior Associate Adimas Wicaksono, and Associates Billiam Setiawan, Maureen Cornelia, and Lintang Sekar Kinanti, facilitated the signing of the draft PKS of the Dharmasraya Regency on August 23, 2023.
