ADCO Law Partner Alta Mahandara Featured as Speaker at ALB Indonesia In-House Legal Summit 2023

Jakarta, Indonesia, October 26, 2023 — ADCO Law’s Partner, Alta Mahandara, was engaged in sustainability discussions at the ALB Indonesia In-House Legal Summit 2023. The event was held on October 25, 2023, at the Pullman Jakarta Thamrin.
Alta presented a session on ‘Sustainability, Climate Change, and Net Zero – ESG Focus’ along with Jim Webb, President Director of PT Hatfield Indonesia.

During his session, Alta talked about the impact of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) on ESG disclosure in the region, Indonesia’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), including how it impacts organizations, and the role of organizations in preventing oversight and engaging in initiatives related to carbon credits.
