Despite the favorable arbitration award, the legal battle continued as the losing contractor sought to annul the decision. However, ADCO Law’s legal prowess prevailed, successfully defending the award at the district and supreme court levels.
In addition to these victories, ADCO Law adeptly negotiated and secured the disbursement of bank guarantees backed by secure documents from one of Indonesia’s leading financial institutions.
