Initially unsure of her career path, Gaby was willing to explore diverse legal fields. She explored sectors ranging from government offices to litigation firms, which ultimately led her to discover her passion for corporate law through ADCO Law’s internship program.  

Since joining ADCO Law, Gaby has played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions, including syndicated financing projects, construction ventures, and mining acquisitions. Her strategic mindset, empathy, and dedication to continuous growth have fueled her success and inspired the next generation of legal talent through her mentorship in the ALYP program.  

Reflecting on her career, Gaby shared, “Leadership is about trust and creating space for others to grow, and that’s how we build the next generation.”
