Gabriela Riwu Kore
Gabriela Riwu Kore is a fresh-faced, skeptical lawyer. She contributed on a variety of project development transactions, public-private partnerships (PPP), dredging projects, and power purchase agreements.
A Cum Laude predicate was awarded to Gabriela by the University of Indonesia. She took part in a number of college competitions, such as the National Moot Court Competition and the National Legal Opinion Competition held by the Universities of Brawijaya and Airlangga, respectively. Before joining ADCO Law, she contributed to the Presidential Staff Office, finished her internship period as a lawyer at a prestigious litigation law firm, and worked at a reputable logistics start-up.

- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BCA for refinancing and general corporate matters for the crude palm oil distributor and manufacturer in Indonesia, with a total transaction value of 2.6 trillion Rupiah.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BNI, Bank Mega, Jtrust, and CTBC for the construction of a refinery plant, fractionation plant, and jetty for a company engaged in the palm oil processing industry, with a total transaction value of 216.5 million USD.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BCA and OCBC for the development of a wood pallet factory, with a total transaction value of 320 billion Rupiah.
- Acted as transaction counsel for a syndication of conventional and Sharia banks for the financing of a gold smelter factory located in Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan, with a total transaction value of 2 trillion Rupiah.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by SMI for the financing of the construction of a hotel located in Nusa Penida, Bali.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by 25 conventional and Sharia banks for the construction of Folding Box Board lines, Test Liner lines, and Bleached Chemi Thermo Mechanical Pulp lines (BCTMP), with a total transaction value of USD 1,881,600,000.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BNI, SMI, and Panin for the development of a Biomass Power Plant, with a total transaction value of 3.6 trillion Rupiah.
- Acted as local Indonesian counsel for the issuance of a Kimchi Bond by an Indonesian entity, with a total transaction value of USD 85 million.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BRI, BMRI, DBS and BJB for the development of an oleochemical Plant, with a total transaction value of USD 88 million and 1,169 trillion Rupiah.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by Bank Mandiri, BNI, BTN, Maybank, and BRI for the capital injection into BPUI subsidiary, IFG Life, which will receive the policy portfolio from Jiwasraya, with a total transaction value of 1,455 trillion Rupiah.
