Organizing an international EPC contract agreement

ADCO Law organized an EPC contract between a local industrial park company in East Jawa and a Finland-based EPC company. The local company intended to develop the power plant to supply electricity to its tenant. The EPC contract was signed on 2017 and the project was completed in mid of 2018.
