Aditya Kesha Wijayanto

Aditya Kesha Wijayanto is a respected lawyer with extensive knowledge of banking and finance. He has served on various financial transaction projects, corporate finance initiatives, infrastructure development projects, mergers and acquisitions projects, foreign investment projects, and general corporate matters.

Before stepping into his current position at ADCO Law, Kesha worked as a Partner at several prominent law firms. He has been part of numerous significant legal transactions throughout the course of his career, including those involving the financing of toll roads, power projects, ports, fuel facilities, industrial estates, real estates; mining, oil and gas infrastructures; and telecommunication, property, plantation and other projects.

He frequently participates in conferences, seminars, and organizations as a speaker, and has made a significant contribution as an author to numerous international journals.

Representing syndication of 30 conventional and sharia banks, for one of the largest financings for toll road projects in Indonesia, the development of Jakarta Inner City Toll Roads, Semanan – Sunter – Pulo Gebang Segment;
Representing syndication of Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BCA, BTN, and BPD Bali in a project financing for PT Jasamarga Bali Tol to develop Nusa Dua – Ngurah Rai – Benoa Toll Road Segment;
Representing syndication of BCA, BNI, and Bank Mandiri in project financing for an Independent Power Producer Company for the development of more than 14 Hydro Power Plant and Mini-Hydro Power Plant located in several cities in Indonesia;
Representing syndication of BCA and BNI in project financing for companies for the development of (i) seawater distillation and salt desalination plant, (ii) biogas power plant, and (iii) solar panel (PV) business;
Representing an Independent Power Producer company in a project financing of a 2 x 150 MW (Mine Mouth) Coal Fired Power Plant located in South Sumatra, Indonesia;
Representing syndication of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk, Indonesia Eximbank, and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk in providing project financing facilities for the development of the largest Industrial Estate in Surabaya;
Representing China Development Bank in a project financing for the development of an integrated industrial park (with a smelter facility, power plant, and jetty) located at Morowali, Indonesia;
Acting as the transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by major state-owned banks to PT Pertamina (Persero) and its Subholdings;
Representing PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, Indonesia Eximbank, and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in providing conventional and sharia loan facilities to a subsidiary of one of the biggest plantation holding companies in Indonesia, for the replanting of palm oil plantation in the area of approximately 83,800 hectares which located in Riau Province, Indonesia;
Representing Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank Ltd for the financing to one of the major independent tower companies in Indonesia; and others.
