Evie obtained her bachelor of law from Parahyangan Catholic University. Before joining ADCO Law, Evie was an associate at a prominent law firm in Indonesia. She has significant experience in infrastructure, construction, banking and finance, and project financing.

Evie is well-versed in legal services and has experience with clients from various sectors. She has worked with several state-owned enterprises, construction companies, and toll road companies.

In ADCO Law, she has assisted a number of conventional, sharia, and multinational banks in providing loans and syndication facilities to their clients from various sectors.

Practice Description

During her years of practice, Evie has been involved in numerous deals and transactions:

  • Representing a syndication of conventional bank in providing a loan facility for the development of an oil palm plantation to a plantation company;
  • Representing a syndication of conventional bank, multinational bank and sharia bank for conventional financing and sharia financing for the development of a pulp and paper company;
  • Representing a syndication of conventional bank for the development of a real estate company;
  • Assisted a syndication of conventional bank in project financing for an Independent Power Producer Company for the development of Hydro Power Plant and Mini-Hydro Power Plant located in several cities in Indonesia;
  • Assisted the United States of America-based charitable trust in providing a loan facility to a pharmacy company;
  • Assisted the conventional bank in providing a loan facility to a viscose rayon fabric company, multi finance company and others;
  • Assisted numbers of conventional banks on project financing inter alia toll roads, power projects, port, industrial estates, seawater distillation and salt desalination plant and other projects;
  • Assisted a state-owned enterprise by preparing the procurement documents, concession agreement, guarantee agreement and recourse agreement for toll road projects;
  • Assisted a construction company by preparing the procurement documents for toll road project (unsolicited);
  • Assisted a toll road company by preparing the maintenance contract and construction contract;
  • Assisted the government by preparing new regulation and amendment of regulations;
  • Advised a construction company on joint operation/joint venture and construction services license; and others.
