Gabriela Riwu Kore is a rising legal professional with expertise in financing, compliance, corporate law, and legal due diligence. She has a strong foundation in complex financial transactions.

She has contributed to a variety of deals, including public-private partnerships, power purchase agreements, and large-scale financing for industrial projects. Her experience includes serving as part of a team of transaction lawyers for major financing facilities involving both Indonesian and international banks, notably in sectors such as palm oil, energy, logistics, and manufacturing.

Gabriela is also skilled in leading and conducting legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments and regulatory compliance. Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BNI, Bank Mega, Jtrust, and CTBC for the construction of a refinery plant, fractionation plant, and jetty for a company engaged in the palm oil processing industry, with a total transaction value of 216.5 million USD.
Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BCA and OCBC for the development of a wood pallet factory, with a total transaction value of 320 billion Rupiah.
Acted as transaction counsel for a syndication of conventional and Sharia banks for the financing of a gold smelter factory located in Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan, with a total transaction value of 2 trillion Rupiah.
