Ivan Tjahjadi
Ivan Tjahjadi is a driven-talented lawyer with experience managing a variety of company transactions. He has successfully assisted many clients from diverse industries, particularly in banking and finance. He worked for a number of top law firms in Indonesia prior to taking the role he currently holds at ADCO Law.
Ivan received a number of awards for his achievements during his study in the bachelor degree in a number of law competitions. He also consistently contributed to a variety of organizational activities at the university.

Practice Description
During his years of practice, Kesha has been involved in numerous deals and transactions including:
- Represented a syndication of conventional banks and sharia banks for conventional financing and sharia financing for the development of an oil palm plantation to a plantation company;
- Represented PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in the credit facility restructuring for PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero);
- Represented a United States of America-based financial company in providing a credit facility to an Indonesian Venture Capital company;
- Represented a Multifinance Company in Indonesia in restructuring its internal business standard procedure and financing-based agreement;
- Represented a China Mining Company in arranging the restructuring of an Indonesian mining group company through a loan-based arrangement;
- Represented a state-owned enterprise of China focusing on the mineral resources business in acquiring 2 (two) nickel companies located in Morowali, Indonesia;
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by BCA for refinancing and general corporate matters for the crude palm oil distributor and manufacturer in Indonesia, with a total transaction value of IDR 2.6 trillion.
- Acted as transaction counsel for a syndication of conventional and Sharia banks for the financing of a gold smelter factory located in Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan, with a total transaction value of IDR 2 trillion.
- Acted as transaction counsel for financing facilities provided by 25 conventional and Sharia banks for the construction of Folding Box Board lines, Test Liner lines, and Bleached Chemi Thermo Mechanical Pulp lines (BCTMP), with a total transaction value of USD 1,881,600,000.
- Acted as local Indonesian counsel for the issuance of a Kimchi Bond by an Indonesian entity, with a total transaction value of USD 85 million.
