ADCO Law Celebrates Associate Promotions

As the firm continues to expand, ADCO Law is pleased to announce the promotion of two of its talented lawyers. Beginning their careers as legal interns under the ADCO Law Youth Program (ALYP) Batch 1, they progressed to Junior Associates and have now advanced to Middle Associates.

The promoted associates are:

  1. Muhammad Zata Mahardika, Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group
  2. Lintang Sekar Kinanti, Corporate and M&A Practice Group

Lintang Sekar Kinanti recently assisted a client in the acquisition of coal mining companies in Central Sulawesi, guiding the process from due diligence through to the transaction phase, while Muhammad Zata Mahardika successfully represented a leading Korean beauty brand in a trademark invalidation action before the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court in January 2026.

“We are very proud of Zata and Lintang, each being outstanding talents in their respective Practice Groups. Notably, both are alumni of the ALYP Program who have now advanced to the level of Middle Associate. This achievement demonstrates that our grooming and merit-based processes, including regeneration, are working effectively. Looking ahead, we hope that in the coming years, promotions will not only be at the associate level but also extend to partner positions, with future partners emerging from our ALYP alumni,” said Aditya Kesha, Senior Partner.
