ADCO Law Appoints Manuel Simbolon as New Counsel in Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice
The addition of Manuel Simbolon further strengthens ADCO Law, which now has six Partners and three Counsels.
Jakarta, Indonesia – ADCO Law, the Indonesian representative member of Alliott Global Alliance (AGA), the world’s largest multidisciplinary alliance with 238 member firms in 106 countries, has officially announced the appointment of Manuel Simbolon as Counsel, effective Wednesday, 15 April 2026.
Manuel is a legal practitioner with more than a decade of experience. Prior to joining ADCO Law, he served as a Litigation Manager at a multinational insurance company and practiced at several leading law firms in Jakarta. His practice focuses on restructuring and bankruptcy, corporate litigation, insurance law particularly life insurance, and industrial relations disputes. He also has extensive experience advising clients across various sectors, including banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications, oil and gas, maritime, and infrastructure.

Manuel earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Brawijaya University and his Master of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia. He is an active member of PERADI and AAI, and the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI).
