ADCO Law Appoints Alta Mahandara as New Partner

Alta Mahandara has joined ADCO Law as a new partner, effective Monday, September 26, 2022. Alta, as he is better known, will strengthen the firm’s core areas of Corporate and M&A Practice Group with his more than twelve years of legal experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Alta worked as a partner at a reputable Indonesian law firm where he was engaged in various complex transactions and provided legal advice ranging from foreign investment, electricity and water utility projects, railways, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, mining & energy, and infrastructure projects. Alta is also highly recognized for his extensive knowledge of contracts and agreements such as sale and purchase, joint ventures, facility/loan agreements, security, licensing, FIDIC, and power purchase agreements.

Alta earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from the University of Indonesia, and he is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association. He has extensive knowledge of the complexities of Indonesian corporate M&A transactions and cross-border transactions.
