ADCO Law Successfully Represents Client in the Acquisition of Coal Mining Companies in Central Sulawesi

ADCO Law is proud to announce a successful representation for the mining group company (“Client”) that heavy involves in mining, resources, energy, and logistics in the acquisition of a mining service company and its subsidiaries in Central Sulawesi (“Target Companies”).

The transaction was structured as a phased acquisition, through which the Client secured a controlling stake in the Target Companies in January 2026, with full ownership to be completed in a subsequent stage scheduled for mid-next year. From a value perspective, the deal stands among the larger and more notable transactions in recent years, reflecting a high-value investment of considerable scale and underscoring strong continued investment appetite in Indonesia’s mining sector.

The team was led by Senior Partner Dendi Adisuryo and Partner Hanny Marpaung, with key support from Senior Associate Adinda Kartika and the Corporate and M&A Practice Group. The due diligence phase was conducted by Travis Waluyo, Azzahra Alya, Lintang Sekar Kinanti, Muhammad Rayhan, Aditya Rizky, and Mauren Theresia, while the transaction phase was prepared by Associates Raisya Tjahyaningtyas and Azzahra Alya.
