ADCO Law was invited to the Workshop on Dispute Management for PT PLN Indonesia Power

PT PLN Indonesia Power recently hosted a specialized training program on Dispute Management, aiming to provide companies with knowledge on how to prevent disputes from becoming an issue  for companies, especially those engaged in the Electricity and Mining sectors. ADCO Law, represented by our Senior Partner, Alexandra Gerungan, was invited to share her expertise during the event.

This two-day event, designed by ET-Asia, covered the legal framework and management of electricity disputes in Indonesia on the first day, and alternative dispute resolution and case studies on the second day. The program’s objective was to enable participants to manage conflicts within the PMO Projects and formulate effective and efficient dispute resolution strategies, focusing on the Forum Selection in ADR and understanding the claim and dispute mechanisms in the PMO Projects.

The event was attended by participants from various departments such as Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Sales, Operations, Finance and Tax, and others who needed knowledge about legal compliance.
