Continuing to Make Impacts on the Market, ADCO Law Spotlighted in the Indonesia Firms to Watch 2022

ADCO Law has been selected in the Asian Legal Business: Indonesia Firms to Watch 2022, which was already published in October 2022. 

Despite the difficulties that the Indonesian legal industry has faced since the outbreak of the pandemic, several law firms have performed admirably in terms of the work handled and the services provided. ALB’s annual list recognizes 15 such law firms that have overcome challenges and continue to impact the market.

A number of notable transactions and cases, which were handled successfully by ADCO Law in the past year i.e., representing one of Indonesia’s largest coal mining companies as well as their existing shareholders to protect their rights from the unreasonable claims of the former shareholders; and advising on Indonesia’s first integrated industrial and port estate to supply electricity to Freeport Indonesia’s smelter supply, also cited by ALB in this list.

 

In respect to the future strategy, the firm has appointed Alta Mahandara as a new partner to strengthen the Corporate and M&A Practice Group, as well as one other partner in October to lead the litigation team, which was also recognized by ALB.
