ADCO Law Senior Partner Alexandra Gerungan Appointed as Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR

Jakarta, Indonesia, 12 July 2024 – ADCO Law proudly announces the appointment of Alexandra Gerungan, Senior Partner at ADCO Law, as a Delegate of the National Committee to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Alexandra joins an esteemed and diverse Commission, comprising over 1,400 Delegates from more than 100 countries. The members include distinguished lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, in-house counsels, corporate representatives, and academics, all of whom are experts in the field of international dispute resolution.

The ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR is dedicated to bringing togather expertise from across the ICC network to foster thought leadership. The Commission is known for producing influential reports, recommendations, and guidance on practical, procedural, and legal issues in arbitration and ADR. The Commision undertakes its work through specific Task Forces an Working Groups, and provides valuable input on proposed modifications to the rules implemented in the ICC Dispute Resolution Services (ICC DRS).

The Steering Committee of the Commission, led by Chair Melanie van Leeuwen, along with 18 Vice-Chairs, the Commission Secretary, and other Members of ICC DRS, defines strategic objectives and oversees the work of the Task Forces and Working Groups to ensure the quality of the Commission’s outputs.
