The event was held in Jakarta on December 12th, 2023, and featured expert panelists discussing various topics related to arbitration and corporate crime.
Alexandra Gerungan was one of the panelists of the event and spoke on the panel “Monetising Your Awards — Enforcement Tips and Updates In Indonesia.” She shared her insights on the regulations and challenges of in enforcing International Arbitral Awardsin Indonesia. Alexandra Gerungan also made some crucial points on Indonesia’s status quo of enforcement of international arbitral awards.
