Jakarta, Indonesia—6 August 2024 — ADCO Law is delighted to announce the addition of two senior associates; they are Rizkyta Rahmanti Bekti and Evie Fanny.

The addition of Rizkyta as a Senior Associate will strengthen our Corporate, Investment & Project Development team. A standout in the corporate sector, Rizkyta specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. Rizkyta brings experience in the corporate legal field for more than one decade.

Prior to joining ADCO Law, Rizkyta worked at a prominent law firm, handling high-profile mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate restructuring projects, and significant commercial transactions. Rizkyta also brings valuable insight into business from her role as counsel at a Japanese company. Her extensive experience and dynamic approach to corporate law will undoubtedly enrich our team and enhance our services to clients.
